Jessika Heather Burton Docherty aka "Peach" lived with her daddy and I (Rene and Denise Docherty) for 10 short, but perfect weeks. The world became a much more beautiful place when she was born on 29th August 2001, and when she died, Heaven became more beautfiul in a new way too. In her short little life on earth she brought out more love and happiness in those who saw her, or held her, than most people do in 80 years of life. She gave us a taste of Heaven, and we are forever changed. Heather is forever a part of our family, and our very hearts and beings. Our sweet, perfect little Heather fell asleep in her daddy's arms on 9th of November 2001 and woke up in heaven. She was lost to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome - a killer which leaves many parents with unanswered questions. We know that our little girl is safe with Jesus, that Heaven is the only place perfect enough for our angel, and she is so happy there. We will meet her again, and never have to say goodbye again!
