It has become an annual tradition, to hang a stocking for Heather. on our fireplace, with our other stockings.
We fill it with messages to her or about her, from us and from family and friends and
those who miss her, or fondly remember her.
On Christmas Morning, after we have opened our own stockings, we open Peach’s together and read
the messages. It is a beautiful way to include her memory on a special day, and it brings us incredible comfort.
We are aware that year after year, it grows more difficult for people to know what to say, or how to express their feelings.
So we have decided to offer a more automated way for you to get involved with our tradition, and help fill up her wee stocking this year.
For those who want to contribute to her stocking messages, but can't find the words, we have a selection of predesigned cards here for you to simply add your name to. Click on the design you like, and you will be promted to type your name. When you click submit, we will receive your card, and will print it off and place it in her stocking with thanks.
If you would rather add your own message, we have blank cards also which you can use to write your message and name. Or you can simply e-mail us your message as we've done in previous years.
Your messages won’t be online for anyone else to see, we will keep them private and special.
We set this up because we do really appreciate all the messages and hope this tradition will continue for years to come.
It warms our hearts and is a beautiful and positive bit of therapy for us.
